A trial day gives us the opportunity to meet you and your dog, give you a tour of the facility, and assess your dog’s behavior while they stay with us for a few hours. This helps us ensure they’re a good fit for our environment.
If your dog isn’t quite ready for our program, we may recommend one of our training programs to help them build the skills and confidence needed to succeed. In some cases, we may suggest alterative care like a professional dog walker or in-home pet sitter.
Yes, we use crates and kennels for mealtimes, naps, and overnight boarding. Each dog is provided with an appropriately sized crate or kennel. We recommend that all dogs be crate- or kennel-trained to help maintain a calm, low-stress home-style environment.
We make the most of cooler mornings and evenings for outdoor play and exploration. During the hotter parts of the day, dogs relax in our air-conditioned indoor space. Fresh water is always available, and we offer doggie pools for cooling off.
Our team is trained in canine first aid. While minor scrapes and strains can occasionally happen in a free-roaming setting, we take every precaution to keep dogs safe. If your dog is injured or becomes ill, we’ll contact you or your emergency contact right away. If we’re unable to reach anyone, we’ll take your dog to the nearest veterinarian for care.
Yes! Dogs are under constant supervision during camp hours. We live on-site, so someone is always present 24/7. We also have cameras in our kennel room to check on dogs during rest times.
Due to limited availability, all reservations must be canceled with at least 48 hours' notice. Late cancellations will still be charged.
We can provide one-on-one time and individualized enrichment for dogs who don’t enjoy group play. If your dog shows signs of reactivity or aggression, we may recommend enrolling in a training program to help them build neutrality.
Please let us know your planned drop-off and pick-up times in advance so we can be ready at the gate and ensure safe transitions. If you're running late, please notify us.
Late pickups after 6:00 PM for day camp will incur a $10 late fee.
Please bring:
All belongings should be clearly labeled with your dog’s name
Since dogs spend time outdoors, they may get a little dirty! We give them a quick wipe-down before pickup. A full dog wash service will be available soon.
We require all dogs to be up to date on Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella. Flea/tick and heartworm prevention are strongly recommended.
Yes! Trial days include a meet-and-greet and a short tour. We’re happy to show you where your dog will stay, play, and train.
Please note: for safety and to minimize stress for our dogs, we do not allow guests inside the kennel room. However, we’re happy to share photos and videos so you can see exactly what the space looks like!
Yes, we welcome puppies! Puppies must be at least 12 weeks old, up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, and have started crate training. Our camp environment is a great way for young dogs to socialize, build confidence, and learn foundational manners in a safe, structured setting. We also offer puppy training add-ons to help reinforce good habits early on.
Yes, we do accept intact dogs. However, for safety and to maintain a balanced environment, intact dogs may be placed in separate or more carefully selected playgroups based on their behavior and the overall group dynamics. Females in heat are not permitted to attend.
